Agnes Blackadder Hall

Agnes Blackadder Hall offers bed and breakfast in three-star guest accommodation with modern en-suite bedrooms and a friendly service. It is the perfect base for those wanting to explore St Andrews, play golf on the famous links courses and discover all that the Kingdom of Fife can offer during the summer months.

All bedrooms feature an en-suite shower room, free toiletries, a double bed, a television, tea and coffee making facilities.

Scheduled summer maintenance

To ensure we can continue to keep our building maintained and updated to the highest standard possible, renovation and construction work will be carried out from July 2017 until September 2018.  If you wish to discuss the matter further please contact our reception team.

Rates 2018

The accommodation rates for Agnes Blackadder Hall in 2018 are:

  • Double bed en suite single occupancy bed and breakfast – June £59, July £62 and August £65.
  • Double bed en suite double occupancy bed and breakfast – June £79, July £82 and August £85.
  • Twin or family room en suite bed and breakfast, £109 throughout the summer.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms at Agnes Blackadder Hall feature the following:

  • double bed (4ft 6ins wide)
  • en-suite shower room
  • TV
  • a desk and study chair
  • tea and coffee making facilities
  • WiFi internet complimentary throughout residence.

Double occupancy rooms are compact.

Towels and linens are provided, and bedrooms are serviced on a daily basis and towels changed as required. An iron and ironing board is available for use in the residence. Hair dryers may be collected from reception.

There are a small number of travel cots available for use; please enquire about cots at time of booking, and staff will reserve one for you if available. However, please note that linen is not provided for travel cots.

Agnes Blackadder Hall also has a dining room, a fully licensed bar and a selection of family rooms which can accommodate two adults and two children; these rooms feature two standard double beds (4ft 6ins wide).

Check in and out

Normal check in and check out time is 2pm and 10am respectively.  If you need to check in early and your room is ready, residence staff will do their best to accommodate you. If your room is not ready, you will be able to store your luggage.

Late check out may be available depending on whether your room is required for a guest arriving later that day.

Location

Agnes Blackadder Hall is located just a few hundred yards from the world famous St Andrews golf courses and less than a ten-minute walk from the historic centre of St Andrews. There is plenty of free car parking spaces for guests so once you arrive you can park your car and then explore the town on foot.
