Menus and wine list
There is a range of dining options for those attending conferences.
The dining halls in the residences offer high quality menus, with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Healthy options are also available, salads and vegetarian dishes can be prepared each day. Chefs are also are happy to work with conference organisers to ensure that any special dietary needs that delegates may have are fully catered for.
Buffet lunches can be served in, or adjacent to, meeting and exhibition areas. This is a very popular lunchtime option.
As Scotland’s oldest university we have a number of prestigious dining venues. Lower College Hall, set within St Salvator’s Quadrangle is an impressive historic setting for conference dinners and welcome receptions.
We offer a wide range of menus from simple finger buffets to five course banquets and an extensive wine list. We have recently launched a new collection of menus that feature the finest local produce. These menus ensure delegates have the opportunity to sample some Scottish delicacies whilst visiting St Andrews. Please note, outside caterers cannot be used.
